Design language for Bespoke co-working space
Bespoke co-working and event space in Westfield mall in San Francisco is a premiere shared workspace. We created a sophisticated brand identity that not only stood out in the Westfield Shopping Centre, but amongst all co-working spaces in the city. The space now generates about $220K per month.

How we worked together
We skipped the agency and developed the design language in-house. Closely working with the Bespoke marketing and development teams, we were able to create a cohesive experience with the brand on the web. We actually started the project in the physical space by holding a 'demo' party, complete with sledge hammers, hard-hats, and champagne. The time frame was tight, and we were providing up to three concepts per day. We held weekly meetings with executives and stakeholders to make sure we had buy in at every step of the project
So, what happened?
Bespoke became booked months in advance of its grand opening. Since opening, it has been the most successful project Westfield Labs has spearheaded. The space is home to over 15 scrappy start ups, and I don't think you can book a conference room without plenty of advance.
Some key insights
Co-Working spaces are a huge deal in San Francisco. We were successful because we closely listened to our intended market and stuck to the principles of representing the young, hip culture that is The City.
Actions taken so far
The Bespoke info site has transformed into an immersive, 3D touring experience giving visitors a virtual tour of the co-working and event spaces.
I tried the climbing wall inside, finally.
